About Me

CPA, Business Development & Marketing. Michael joined our team after gaining a decade of experience working in the U.S. capital markets industry, most recently as an equity research analyst.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and heads up our development and investment sections and is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) in Costa Rica, land optimization strategies, tax minimization strategies, as well as his own personal investment choices.

Let our professional “numbers guy” provide you with sound financial advice when investing in Costa Rica. Michael attended Xavier University and The George Washington University for undergraduate and graduate studies.

He has held the following certifications and registrations, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is a Level III Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Candidate, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 86 and Series 87.
