The private villa has 4 spacious bedroom and 5 baths and is right on the sand in Playa Hermosa. All of the large bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms have king beds. The second floor is setup as a game room with a pool table, living room area and features nice ocean views. There is a large sofa with a pull out couch for an added double bed and a bunk bed if extra space is needed. The pool in front of the beach is a great place to experience sunsets over the water. There is a nice covered bbq area with table for preparing dinners and eating outside. The houses comes with a complete kitchen and a dining area.

The villa is located only 5 minutes from Jaco Beach, which is the hot spot for restaurants, bars and shopping. Playa Hermosa also has several restaurants within walking distance from the villa.
